Here's how it works. Through the ESOP, you earn shares in the company over time, tied to your pay and years of service, at no cost to you. Those shares can grow in value as the company grows, and once vested, they become yours, eventually paid out when you leave or retire. It's retirement savings, but tied directly to the success of a company you help grow.
That's also why the day-to-day work is impactful here. The job that gets finished right, the decision that gets made carefully, the customer that gets taken care of, all of that feeds into a company you're building a real stake in, one year at a time.
